Each of the 95 rooms is affectionately and individually designed to meet the guests' wishes. The well-being of our guests is our highest priority. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available upon request.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy regional and international cuisine in our Papillon restaurant. Whether in a group of 10 or 50 persons, we also provide space and dining facilities for every kind of event. In nice weather you may want to take a seat on our sunny terrace. Our hotel bar invites you to stay and enjoy a Kloenschnack, as a friendly chat is known locally. In the morning, a delicious and comprehensive breakfast buffet awaits you and is available until lunchtime, for those wishing to sleep off their excesses of the previous evening.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
