Rooms

The three storey Airport Hotel Regentpark (lift to all floors) has a choice of 45 bedrooms. All rooms are non-smoking. In addition to the listed facilities, the rooms are equipped with telephone (on request at the reception), fax machine, satellite TV (32 channels including NBC and CNN), individually controlled heating, and bathroom with window. Some of the rooms have a terrace. We offer standard and comfort rooms for single, double or family use. Further amenities, such as bathrobes and slippers are available at the front desk. Standard Rooms - Our 28 square meters standard rooms combine elegance, comfort and functionality. Whether you are on business or pleasure, these rooms provide you with a most comfortable stay. Comfort Rooms - The spacious 30 square meters comfort rooms are available on all three floors of the hotel. These rooms are designed to relax you and rejuvenate your spirits. They have either a balcony or a terrace and will satisfy even your most sophisticated needs. Extra beds are applicable for children up to 16 years / 50kg.

In the ambience of our Bavarian restaurant with its Mediterranean feel, our chef will indulge you with international delicacies of seasonal and fresh cooking. In order to ensure the total well-being and relaxation of our guests, the Airport Hotel Regentpark, family run for three generations, provides a range of additional services, including a sauna and a spacious fitness room, fully equipped with the latest work-out-machines. By request, we offer wellness weekends with massage, beauty treatments and nutrition counselling (including a special wellness-menu). Food & Beverages

In the hotel’s restaurant, you are offered an excellent choice of international delicaties, all freshly cooked. On warm summer evenings, the beer garden is a haven of tranquillity, inviting you to stay and enjoy some draft beer and tasty food. The chef creates birthday, conference or candlelight dinners, as well as menus for your family celebration according to your individual requests. Early risers are offered an Early Bird Breakfast Buffet from 03:00 to 07:00. Late risers are invited to indulge in our serviced breakfast buffet from 07:00 to 10:30. We offer fresh coffee, eggs, a choice of bread and rolls, jam, slices of various sausages and cold meats, cheese and more. Japanese breakfast/menu will be prepared by request. Restaurant hours: Monday - Friday, Sunday - 11:00 - 14:00. 18:00 - Midnight. Saturday and public holiday: 18:00 - Midnight. Hot meals are served until 22:00.

An airport shuttle service is provided for a small charge, subject to availability.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 2.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 16 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
