The hotel reception is not fully accessible to guests with mobility problems, whilst stairs and a lift provide access to all rooms. There are no designated disabled rooms on offer, whilst the restaurant and bar are not fully accessible due to steps.

Group bookings of 10 rooms or more need to be prepaid and are non-refundable.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 2.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 17 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
