Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 65.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 45.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 18 years is charged EUR 58.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
