Rooms

Our four star hotel provides cosy and comfortably furnished rooms. To ensure the right ambience 44 different furnishing styles could be chosen, always combined with generous en-suite bathrooms. For allergic persons we reserve our "Bio”-rooms which are furnished with specially selected natural materials. Of course non-smokers may use rooms on the extra non-smoking floors of the hotel.

On sunny days our guest take their breakfast on our terrace with view to the "Altmühl-Aue" In the evenings you can relax in our bar "la Luna" offering a comfortable atmosphere and a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Our chimny room is cosy and invites you on cold autumn and winter evenings. For relaxation the „Club Vital“ is at our guests´ disposal and offers sauna, steaming bath and different beauty treatments. Furthermore our hotel features an adventure pool with many attractions e.g. waterfall, whirlpools, massage chair. We additionally are equipped perfectly for conferences, besides several conference rooms the town hall can be booked as well.

Food & Beverages

In our restaurant "Chicorée“ we offer a various choice ranging from typical regional "bratwurst" to a candle-light-dinner. Later you can enjoy the rest of the evening in our bar "La Luna"

Please contact the hotel by telephone before 18:00 if you expect to arrive after that time. Private parking spaces are available in the hotel's underground garage for an additional fee.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 9.00 per 24 hours.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 21.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 21.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 35.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
