Breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 10:00. Enjoy delicious food in the restaurant or on one of our terraces and admire the stunning scenery. Half board is available (bookable at reception). It is advisable to reserve a table at the restaurant. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00. It is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday during the low season. Room service is available between 08:00 and 22:00.

Area information The hotel is situated beside Lake Thun. Here you can take part in water sports on the lake and hiking on the mountains surrounding it. You can also explore caves close by and take a lake cruise. Thun's town centre is only a 15 minute bus ride away. Here you can visit the old town, castle and market which is held twice a week. Travel information Free parking is available in the hotel forecourt. It is possible to hire a garage parking space in the underground garage. The nearest railway station is in Thun. It takes about 20 minutes by bus (number 21, public transport) to reach the hotel. From airports Belp (Bern), Zürich, Basel or Geneva: To reach the hotel, take the train to Thun and then change to the public bus. Belp: 30 km away from the hotel Zürich: 160 km away from the hotel Basel: 130 km away from the hotel Geneva: 196 km away from the hotel

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 8 to 15 years are charged CHF 52.00 per night and person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
