For security purpose, guests have to use their room keys to open the elevator to the upper floor. It takes around 3 minutes walk from the East to West building. Both buildings have 24-hour reception service for guests to check in and check out. Hotel offers complimentary high tea coupons (maximum of 2 guests per room) for all guests. High tea is available from 12.00 - 9.00pm. However, this offer is not valid during the Canton Trade Fair period.

Rates on our website are quoted USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes. *Hotel provides a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during the Canton Trade Fair, October/November 2009. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes *During the Canton Trade Fair, a free 1-way transfer from hotel to airport will be provided at 14:00 for the following dates: October 17 - 20, October 25 - 28 and November 2 - 5. Please register at the front desk at least 2 days before check out. Seats are limited and subject to availability.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 3.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged USD 12.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
