In this holiday paradise, the everyday seems far away. Just lie back, enjoy, be spoilt and be as active as you want. Over 100 friendly faces want just one thing – to make your stay a wonderful memory that lasts. Rates include pleasure package: pleasure package: including early morning tea, breakfast buffet, soup and salad buffet for lunch (from middle of March until middle of December), after-noon tea, 5-course dinner, daily newspaper (except Sundays). Basic wellness package: walking tours & excursions, sporting adventures (mountain bike tours, mountain hikes ect.), exercise programme (water gymnastics, morning gymnastics, Qi Gong ect.), indoor & outdoor hydrotherapy pool (35°C), sauna park, Beach volley sand pitch, Squash court, Hotel garden (8000m2)

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 12.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 18.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 35.00 per child under 16 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
