Our health spa includes the following facilities: indoor pool, jacuzzi, Finnish and bio sauna, steam bath, outdoor salt-water jacuzzi, several massage and beauty treatments. The hotel includes the only non-smoking restaurant in Grindelwald. There is also a piano-bar with a selected variety of cigars from the humidor. There is also W-LAN in the entire building and a large games room for children. A pick-up service from the train station is available, as well as a private shuttle-bus for skiers.

Food & Beverages

The non-smoking restaurant uses fresh seasonal specialities to create its excellent cuisine. As a member of the French Gourmet Association Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, our chefs guarantee high quality. Many famous travel guides recommend our restaurant, some even listing it as the best in Grindelwald. There is live piano music 6 days a the week.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
