All our rooms are spacious and comfortable. You will find a beautiful blend of contemporary and antique furniture. Each room has been furnished and decorated individually and is equipped with all modern amenities. Some have an unobstructed view of the Eiger, Grindelwalds signature mountain.

This charming first-class hotel is centrally located in Grindelwald with a breath taking view of the near Alpine peaks. Well known for its light and creative cuisine of high quality its elegant restaurants, bars and lounges invite you to dine with us. We offer a wellness-oasis with a sun bathing terrace on the roof. Free access to a sports centre with swimming-pool is close by, as well as an in house children's playroom and a conference room. Beauty treatments are available at the Alpine Centre opposite our hotel. We are close to all mountain railways.

Food & Beverages

On the street level there is an à la carte restaurant with an elegant dining room. We also have a snack bar with take-away food. Food and beverage is one of our passions at the Kreuz & Post. Our menus offer something for everybody, from a quick snack to an elaborate 5-course meal.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 12.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast costs CHF 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
