Rooms

The hotel offers limited smoking rooms; please advise when booking using the comments box if you prefer a smoking room. Though not guaranteed, the hotel endeavour to accommodate your request. There are 64 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, all fully en-suite with modern facilities and 4 rooms specially adapted for disabled use. Following customer request, new 21-inch teletext TVs have now been installed and Summer 2005 saw 'Pay Movies' being available to our guests, including all the latest blockbusters (and some adult rated films too). The hotel also boasts Executive rooms designed for our business guests.

All rooms have BT Openzone.

Please inform us beforehand if you are bringing a pet (you will generally be allocated a non-smoking room). Pets NOT allowed in Executive rooms. A selection of smoking & non smoking rooms are available, along with a non smoking policy in all public areas. Unless by special request which must be authorised by our reception team direct (charge is applicable), our earliest check-in time is 3pm.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
