The excellently appointed rooms at The Imperial have been planned with both business clients and holiday visitors in mind. Each is tastefully furnished and equipped with a variety of modern facilities (please see individual room details for a complete list). There is a same-day laundry service as well as a launderette for guests' use. Major refurbishment in recent years has added 3 family suites and 4 themed deluxe rooms.

Voted Restaurant of the Year at the Greater Yarmouth Tourist Authority Awards 2008, the hotel's Cafe Cru Restaurant aims to provide a blend of English and French cuisine with a modern twist. Whether you require one, two or three courses, the choice is yours. On Sundays, the restaurant is open from 12:30 until late afternoon.

We do not accept groups of same sex guests, stag or hen parties, without prior acceptance of the hotel management.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 1.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
