Please note that extra beds must be confirmed by the hotel because of limited availability. Reception will be closed on 24 December 2009 and 24 December 2010. Guests arriving on these days will be contacted by the hotel in order to arrange check-in. The hotel restaurant will also be closed on these dates, and breakfast will not be available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
