Rooms

Each of the 98 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, including bath or shower, colour satellite tv, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer. Direct dial telephone (with Internet connection). Rate is room only. All allocation of room types is subject to availability. Non-smoking rooms available on a request basis only.

Hotel details

There is a Kids Club at weekends where parents can relax and unwind over dinner, while the children have their meal with the Kids Club Entertainer followed by participating in all sorts of the activities including Treasure Hunts. On Saturday nights there is also a dinner dance in the hotel which residents can join in when purchasing dinner. The hotel now operates a non-smoking policy in all public areas.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy a visit to the Arts Restaurant, which serves modern Bistro food with beautiful views over the water to Dunoon and the Argyll hills. Afterwards you can enjoy a drink in the friendly surroundings of the Arts Bar: a perfect setting for relaxing at the end of the day. Please note that there may be limited dining in the restaurant during December.

A credit card imprint will be required by the hotel at check-in as security for any extras taken during your stay. Please contact Jarvis Hotels plc for a full copy of terms and conditions. Double and Twin Room types carry a maximum occupancy of strictly 2 persons only unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 11.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
