Food & Beverages

No holiday can be complete without tasty food and refreshing drinks. In the Grifid, all is included in the rate. Enjoy food and drink in the main restaurant, the thematic restaurant, at the lounge bar or the lobby / poolside bar. Start your day with a continental breakfast. Lunch is served as a buffet, and for the afternoon there is pastry, snacks and ice cream. The evening meal can be enjoyed in the main buffet restaurant with show cooking and theme nights twice per week; Dinner with advanced reservation is offered at the Bulgarian, Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants. There is also a gala dinner offered in the main restaurant every 2 weeks. Exclusively international drinks are included in the ultra all-inclusive offer.

Additional charges apply to guests who make use of parking spaces outside their hotel duration times. Dress code for dinner required: for gentlemen long trousers.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 65 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
