The hotel’s air-conditioned meeting room boasts natural light and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. It can hold boardroom-style meetings for up to 12, theatre style seminars for 20 and host drinks receptions for up to 20. The Concert Square public car park is situated directly opposite the hotel and is open 24 hours. Hotel guests receive a special discounted rate. Please take your ticket to reception to be validated. Alternatively, there is an hourly rate, which changes depending on the length of your stay. The Buchannan Galleries is a secure car park, which is 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel and which is open from 08:00 to 23:30, Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 to 23:30 on Sundays and during public holidays. Hotel guests receive a discounted rate for 24-hour parking. Please take your ticket to reception to be validated and then pay at the office on the first floor of the car park. Food & Beverages

La Bonne Auberge, found adjacent to the hotel, is also open each day for lunch, pre-theatre dining and dinner. Glasgow's first themed restaurant, it offers a regularly changing menu of French and Mediterranean cuisine, with a touch of Eastern flavours. Adjoining the hotel is Di Maggios Pronto's Italian restaurant. Enjoy pizza and pasta in your room or in the restaurant itself. The hotel itself offers a comfortable bar area, serving a choice of drinks and snacks from 12:00 - 00:00. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the Great Room from 07:00 - 10:00 during the week and from 07:30 - 11:00 on weekends. A full Scottish breakfast is available next door at La Bonne Auberge from 06:30 - 10:00 during the week and from 07:30 - 11:00 on weekend (additional cost).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 19 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
