In the newly decorated restaurant, you will find a wide range of local and international dishes created by a kitchen team with international experience. The breakfast buffet (served from 06:30 until 10:30) is highly appreciated, as is the "Brunch in Van der Valk Hotel Gilze-Rijen". For special occasions, the restaurant offers specialities and multi-course dinners.

Please note: pets are only allowed on standard rooms. Due to maintenance the swimming pool will be closed from 20 February 2009 till 27 February 2009.
