The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards for payment or as a guarantee of the reservation.

The reception is open from 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 at weekends and on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of regular opening hours, please have the credit card used to make the reservation. This will allow you to use the automatic check-in services.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
