The hotel is located in the centre of the village and it features a restaurant with a panoramic view of the Hyeres Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros), TV lounge, bar, elevator (for all but one floor), village brasserie, conference rooms, and WiFi access on the ground floor (restaurant, lounge, and bar). The hotel is closed from 21 October 2007 to 12 April 2008.

The restaurant offers 3 fixed price menus, with varying prices, as well as an à la carte menu and a children’s menu. The restaurant serves many traditional dishes from the south of France including fish, vegetable, lamb, large buffet and pastries. Aperitifs such as Pastis and Pernod are available, along with many other alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic soft drinks. The hotel has a large and varied wine list featuring Côtes de Provence wines and wines from Bandol. The brasserie offers a smaller, simple menu and typical à la carte dishes. When it is time for aperitifs the brasserie is very popular with local people from the village.

Drive across Toulon and take Motorway A 57 to Hyeres. In Hyères go straight and turn 2nd lightsway on right and follow "Le Port , Giens, les Iles". Go across La Capte, La Bergerie and turn on right to the villga Giens. Before the church turn left. 50m left hotel facing post office.
