Our saunas, including a Finnish sauna and a Roman-style steam room, and our massages with hot stones from the Eifel region ensure your comfort and relaxation.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 19.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
