All our room categories offer a variety of comfort for your wellbeing – for simple needs or for higher expectations. Our cosy Economy rooms for simple needs are in brown and pale pink tones. The renovated Standard rooms welcome you with the friendly colors blue and white. Our spacious Superior rooms, also in color blue and white are especially quiet and have a comfortable sitting corner.

The Hostellerie Geroldswil is an elegant 3-star hotel including a congress- & banquet center (3 restaurants, 1 bar) for 550 persons. Geroldswil is a village in the greenery of the suburban of Zürich. As the hotel is a part of the village center, it is situated close to public transports, post office, stores and the bank. The public indoor swimming pool with sauna & solarium can be accessed by our guests directly with the hotel elevator. Pizzeria “Don Giovanni” with its famous wall paintings is specialized in making Italian pizzas. This restaurant is a favourite place to meet in the village. In our cosy restaurant “Osteria Barbarossa” local as well as Italian dishes were served in a nice atmosphere. The restaurant “Costa d’Oro” is specialized in fine Italian cooking, done with lots of passion. All our restaurants offer a fine selection of Italian wines. The hotel offers 72 rooms in three room categories: economy, standard & superior rooms, which all have the same basic standard with direct dial phone, analog/isdn line, minibar & tv. All superior rooms are equipped with a cosy sitting area. For all our hotel guests we offer free entrance to the public indoor swimming pool for recreation! For the wellbeing of our guests, we offer our free service program “Stay well – feel well”. With this, for example the entrance to the public swimming pool is included. (Please note: the indoor pool will be closed from July until December 2008) - Sauna and solarium are also at your disposal, for a small fee. Mr. Erny, our masseur, offers various types of massage.

Pizzeria “Don Giovanni” with its famous wall paintings is specialized in making Italian pizzas. This restaurant is a favourite place to meet in village. In our cosy restaurant “Osteria Barbarossa” local as well as Italien dishes were served in a nice atmosphere. The restaurant “Costa d’Oro” is specialized in fine Italian cooking, done with lots of passion. All our restaurants offer a fine selection of Italian wines. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That’s why we serve our non-smoking guests a smoke-free breakfast.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 67.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
