A small, valued throughout, intimate family-run hotel set in the picturesque medieval village of Gensac, near to Saint Emilion. Customers appreciate the hotel is one of the focal points of the medieval village of Gensac, highly regarded, sitting next to the 11th Century Church of Our Lady. Les Remparts offers great value for money and an excellent base from which to discover this wonderful area. The village itself is perched on the edge of the hillside overlooking a peaceful valley. Gensac is a small village with a thriving local community who offer a warm welcome to visitors. Sample wines and visit local markets in Libourne, highly regarded, Castillon la Bataille and of course, the well known market at Ste Foy la Grande. The cobbled streets and old castle walls provide a romantic setting.
