The spacious, 29 m² double rooms feature twin or king-size beds (depending on the hotel's availability on the day of arrival), some connecting rooms and bay windows facing the lake. All rooms have state-of-the-art technology and amenities such as Aqua di Parma bath beauty products and a unique digital entertainment system, including a CD/DVD library.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast served in the Lobby Lounge, facing the lake, from 07:00 until 10:30. The restaurant Spice's is closed on Saturday at lunch and on Sunday all day. It serves fusion style cuisine. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00 and dinner from 19:30 until 22:00. The Arabesque is open 7 days a week and serves Lebanese cuisine. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00 and dinner from 19:30 until 23:00. The Pool Garden is a seasonal restaurant with a Mediterranean influence and is open from May to September. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Flower's Bar and perfumes is open from 17:00 until 01:00. It serves cocktails and light lunch. All public areas are suitable for disabled guests.

Please note that the Lobby Lounge will not be available from November 13th, 2007 until May 31st, 2008 and a provisional reception area will be in place throughout this period.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 3.00 per hour.  Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 40.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 4.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs CHF 43.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
