Since its extension in 2003, Switzerland’s largest congress hotel is the ideal venue for meeting planners and business travellers, offering the widest choice of activities to personalise your stay. The congress centre of 4000 square metres includes 24 state-of-the-art and multi-purpose conference and banquet rooms, leisure facilities, dining opportunites and dedicated staff. They can fit from 2 to 2000 people and offer 5-star quality in a unique and modern hotel. Residents can enjoy a complimentary access to the brand new high-tech Fitness centre TopForm (1500 square metres) and to the Wellness O (800 square metres), which are open daily from 06:00 to 23:00.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant Le Carlights offers a contemporary cuisine à la carte and lunch buffet. The restaurant L’Olivo offers a gastronomic Mediterranean cuisine. There is an open-air summer terrace with 80 seats. Discover the personalised specialities of our Chef Fabrizio Domilici, who will elaborate your festive or business menu according to your wishes. Chef Fabrizio overlooks the identity of all our restaurants and bar. Bar le Clin d’œil, located in a tremendous and unusual Atrium decorated with luminous and coloured fresco, is the place to meet or to enjoy performances in a relaxing atmosphere.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CHF 32.00 per 24 hours.

Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 19.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 4.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 36.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
