Hotel details

In addition to its central location and the modern 223 rooms and suites, the hotel offers ideal conditions to host your conference. 10 conference rooms with space for up to 600 people are available. Our experienced team guarantees a smooth event and attentive service. There are also many possibilities to relax in the pool, the sauna or the fitness centre which are free of charge for hotel guests. The city park and the adjoining Revier park are ideal for joggers and cyclists. Guests can use bicycles available at the hotel.

Food & Beverages

The park restaurant offers delicious menus and a view of the garden. The Sunday brunch buffet and the daily breakfast buffet are both very popular. In nice weather you can relax on the summer terrace by a drink; in the evening our barkeepers serve fresh draft beer and exotic cocktails in our inviting hotel bar.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.50 per day.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged EUR 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 33.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
