Each room is furnished in period style furniture and, beside all the facilities already mentioned, they offers individually adjusted air conditioning thermostat, broadband Internet connection and an elegant full bathroom.

Hotel details

The thatched hotel ensures that guests are made comfortable in one of 40 period style individually appointed rooms including a presidential and three studio suites, each featuring period commissioned furniture that breathe history. Expect modern facilities and genuine architectural beauty. The most period styled SPA in the Tri-City offering a Jacuzzi, a Finnish and Turkish sauna, dry heat sauna, Techno Gym equipped fitness room, an indoor swimming pool, massages. All Spa amenities are available to our hotel guests free of charge. Swimming classes are available at extra charge.

Food & Beverages

Within the carefully restored walls of Dwór Oliwski the guests are delighted by our French restaurant divided into several various pastel colored rooms, a wine lounge in the Manor’s cellars, a cozy tearoom and a bar.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
