Brasserie - open for breakfast and serving a full a-la-carte for dinner. The Gatwick Oriental Restaurant - open for dinner serving authentic south-east Asian cuisine. La Terrace - offers an extensive range of lighter meals in a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Le Cafe - a cafe style terrace in a vibrant and informal setting, perfect for light all day dining KUA Bar - An exclusive cocktail bar offering glamorous overtones of the Orient whilst serving a wide range of cocktails.

Please note that children are not allowed on the 8th floor of the building, which is the luxury floor. Due to building work at Gatwick Airport North Terminal, from June 2009 there will be temporary changes to the hotel's arrival and departure points for guests and vehicles. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 20.00 per 24 hours.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs GBP 20.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 16.95 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 16.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking for more than 15 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
