When it's time to unwind, do so in style at the exclusive Spindles Health & Leisure Club. Purpose built and professionally designed, Spindles can reduce your stress, calm your mind and improve your health and fitness. Relax in the indoor heated swimming pool; put your feet up and sip a soft drink from the bar; or simply take it easy in the sauna. If you enjoy something more active, the fully-equipped gym is on-hand. There's a range of equipment to suit both aerobic exercise and weight training. With trained leisure professionals, Spindles offers you the chance to indulge in the very latest health and fitness facilities. All visitors to Spindles aged 2-16 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all times. The leisure club is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 22:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 to 21:00. Leisure club services are all subject to an additional cost. The Gatwick Europa Hotel has 4 designated car park spaces, with level access to the front entrance (an automatic door). There are 3 rooms on the ground room which comply with National Accessible Standards. There is level access to the lounge bar and access to the restaurant via a lift to the first floor and a stair-lift to restaurant level. The health club is accessible from within the hotel and from the car park. Unfortunately there is no separate disabled changing area, nor disabled access to the jacuzzi.

Food & Beverages

A Mediterranean-style restaurant is situated above the lobby, with a high-timber ceiling and large picture windows overlooking a garden courtyard with a central fountain. The menu is carvery style, with a daily selection of freshly cooked entrees and whole roast joints, personally carved at your request. In addition, Rafters bar is a great meeting place located in the hotel's main lounge, adjacent to the lobby and reception. The warm, cosy room boasts a feature fireplace and serves a wide selection of drinks. A modern snack menu offers an informal alternative to the restaurant. The bar leads out into the secluded courtyard garden, with a lawn and striking water feature.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 6.25 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 11.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
