Area information The Roter Hahn is an ideal base for hikers, snowboarders and skiers due to the nearby walking paths, ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails. Due to its central location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Hotel Roter Hahn is within a comfortable 10-minute walk of many kinds of restaurants, including Bavarian, German, Italian, Japanese and Greek. Travel information From Munich Airport take the motorway to Munich, and from Munich take the A95 motorway towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen. On entering Garmisch, take the Partenkirchen exit. Continue along the main road until you reach the junction at the Rathaus (town hall). Turn right into Bahnhofstraße, keep left after the traffic lights and drive as far as the railway station. Turn right between the railway station and the post office, and you will find the hotel 200 metres ahead.
