Hotel details

Please note the swimming pool is open between 01 May and 20 September. Upon arrival you must pay a deposit of EUR 130, which will be refunded after inspection of the apartment. You are kindly requested to leave the apartment in adequate conditions, clean the kitchen and remove all garbage.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
