With a design unique to The Twelve, Luxury Suites are designed with entertaining and the utmost luxury in mind. Some feature connecting living rooms whilst others are open-plan. All rooms have fine linen, fluffy hypo-allergenic goose down duvets, over-sized bath towels and cotton robes. Chill out with a DVD film from the in-house selection. Bathrooms come equipped with designer tiling and organic bath products from the west of Ireland.

Food & Beverages

West restaurant features innovative dishes that highlight the region and the season's best ingredients. Everything at West restaurant is freshly prepared. All breads and pastries are freshly made on-site in The Pins bakery. West is modern, lively and fun and advance reservations are recommended. At The Chef's Table, up to 10 people (by private booking) can dine in the kitchen from a personalised menu with specially selected wines. One of Ireland's most exciting wine collections is on display in the restaurant and ‘wine maker's dinners’ are a regular feature. The beautifully designed champagne bar in West serves up to 20 different wines and bubbles by the glass, along with freshly shucked oysters. The Twelve also has a more casual venue, The Pins 'Ireland's number one gastro pub’. It is open from breakfast until late and features an extensive, modern menu and cocktails, designer beers and live entertainment on most nights.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
