Rooms

Each of the hotel’s large standard rooms have 2 double beds. The deluxe suites offer upgraded comforts and amenities, with each suite featuring air conditioning, a king-size bed, a leather sofa, a feature fireplace, 42-inch LCD flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a surround sound system. All of the suites also have lighting dimmers and come complete with bathrobes and slippers.

The original manor house was built in around 1850 and has now been tastefully extended, allowing the Oranmore Lodge Hotel to offer modern 4-star comforts and facilities alongside 150 years-worth of traditional Irish hospitality. The hotel is family run and takes great pride in offering a warm welcome, a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and great value for money. The hotel’s 17-metre swimming pool has a countercurrent swimming machine, providing added resistance for a better workout. The gym features a range of state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym, while the beauty therapy suite offers a range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments. For the children, the hotel is less than 1000 metres from City Limits, Galway’s best children’s entertainment centre, with a 5-screen cinema, bowling, Quasar and arcade games.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has 2 restaurants, the beautiful bar, rich in traditional old-world charm and the Hunt Room Restaurant, which features the hotel’s beautiful and famous Adam-style decorative fireplace. Tradition and innovation are combined with flair to bring you the best of Irish and international cuisine, made with the freshest seafood, high-quality Irish meats and fresh, seasonal local produce. The wine cellar offers a selection of wines from around the world to complement your meal. Bar food is available in the evenings from 18:00 to 21:00. The Hunt Room Restaurant offers a superb à la carte menu, as well as a table d’hôte dinner menu from 19:00 to 21:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
