Hotel details

The reception is open from Monday-Friday 8:00 to 16:30. Saturdays and Sundays 08:00 to 12:00. If you would like to check in later, you can pick up your key at the Shell petrol station further down the street. There will be an envelope with your name on it and keys/instructions inside.

Food & Beverages

Lunch is served Monday-Friday between 11:00 and 14:00.

If you would like to check in later please call the hotel on the number on your confirmation in order to arrange this. You can then pick up your key at the Shell petrol station further down the street. There will be an envelope with your name on it and keys/instructions inside. Guests who want to make use of the hotel’s wireless network connection should contact the hotel after receiving the confirmation of booking. The staff will be glad to set up an account free of charge.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
