Our house is family run with a friendly atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the hotel resides close to the city, valued throughout, though quietly located in the greenery, above the university of Goettingen in the district of Nikolausberg. It is situated in a charming surrounding, and above all, far enough from the hectic rush, but close enough to reach the city centre fast and easily.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
