What's so special about that you may ask? Let's put it like this: If you feel so inclined you can start off your day by diving into the refreshing blue waters of one of the cleanest lakes in Austria - from your balcony! Another fascinating detail: The new indoor pool with lake view! As you swim in the warm water of the pool and look out through the large panorama window Lake Fuschl in its entirety opens up before you. Our fitness and health oasis: 90°C sauna, organic sauna, infrared heat cabin, cold water fountain, heated benches, rest area, indoor pool with counter current facility, direct access to the lake, solarium, fitness room, massage. Indoor amenities: lounge area with open fireplace. Outdoor amenities: garden, terrace, hotel's own private beach, lawns and jetty, changing cabins, sun loungers, umbrellas, small play ground. We offer a transfer from the railway station or the airport to the hotel. The price for the transfer is EUR 50,-- (round trip).

Food & Beverages

Restaurants: À la carte restaurant (regional specialities and marvellous fish dishes) with an integrated pizzeria. Split-level dining room where all tables enjoy a lake view. Seating for approx. 95 guests in the dining room, a further 36 seats on the veranda, 30 on the wooden terrace and 100 seats in the garden right next to the lake under the shade of chestnut trees.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 5 to 12 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 13 to 15 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
