Travel information From the Airport (20 km): By Car: - Ehen you leave the airport take the road ER.101 in the direction of Funchal. - After approximately 19 km take exit number 9 on the left-hand side of the road in the direction of Funchal/Hospital/AV.Mar. - After approximately 1.5 km, you will arrive at the 2nd traffic lights. - After your last turn, you will find the Hotel Pestana Carlton in front. - You have to turn left on to a small road in front of the Hotel Pestana Carlton and turn right on the 1st road on the right. - Drive along 600 metres. - When the road starts going up, the hotel is the 2nd building on the left-hand side.
