The pools are located on the 4th floor and the spa on the 1st floor. The hotel has also comprehensive leisure facilities including a heated outdoor pool as well as a separate children’s pool. Parasols, sun-beds and towels are available to use for free. The spa offers a variety of services and treatments including sweet water sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. With access through the 3rd floor (gym) or by the main street on the ground floor, the Shopping Centre Monumental Lido offers a wide range of services and shops, such as mini-market, hairdresser, massage and beauty parlour, perfumery, flower and souvenir shops. The shopping centre is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

Food & Beverages

Located on the same level as reception, the Awards Bar is open daily from 18:30 until 24:00. Happy Hour is served here every day from 18:30 until 20:00 hrs. Besides a nice and relaxing atmosphere, this pleasant bar offers daily live music and also entertainment shows such as folk nights and magic shows. The pool bar is located on the 4th floor and is open from 10:00 until 19:00 hrs in summer and from 10:00 until 17:00 in winter. Besides all kinds of drinks and beverages, tasteful light snacks are also served between 12:00 and 16:00. The hotel restaurant opens daily for a buffet breakfast from 07:30 until 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:30 until 14:00 with a choice of set menus or à la carte. Buffet dinner is served from 18:30 until 21:00. Besides the daily buffet, vegetarian dishes and à la carte service are also available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
