Choupana Hills Resort & SpaIt has a full-service spa, very much appreciated, an outdoor pool with cushioned loungers, and a seafront fine-dining restaurant. Located on one of Funchal’s hills, valued throughout, this 5-star resort offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies. Each has a contemporary décor and wooden furniture. Choupana’s spacious rooms are located in wooden bungalows and come with a TV with a DVD player and a Nespresso coffee machine. Offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, very much appreciated, Xôpana Restaurant serves a Portuguese breakfast buffet and à la carte fusion specialities are available for dinner. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 71 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
