All rooms are fully-equipped with an array of modern facilities. Smoking rooms are available on request only. Extra beds and baby cots are possible on request and will be charged directly at the hotel.

Hotel details

There is also the possibility to park in the garage next to the hotel at an additional cost. There is an Internet café (extra charge) 150 metres from the hotel, or you can use the Internet access at the tourist board (free of charge). Regrettably, we do not have disabled access. We do not accept credit cards, ec-direct and cheques.

Food & Beverages

Dinner and lunch iare available at our own Restaurant Pavillon, only 50 metres from the hotel. There is also a terrace. Lunch is served from 11:00 to 14:00, dinner from 17:00 to 22:00. Half-board is available on request.

Please inform the hotel before 20:00 in case that you will arrive later. Please note that the latest arrival is at 21:30. We do not accept credit cards, ec-direct cards or cheques. Extra beds and baby cots are possible on request only and have to be confirmed by the hotel. You can receive more details from the hotel. The extra beds will be charged directly at the hotel. The reduction for the price for extra beds for children only applies if there are at least 2 full-paying adults in the room. Smoking rooms only upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
