Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.88 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per child under 9 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
