The hotel cannot accept 2 children in the same room with the parents. The families with 2 children will have to book 2 separate rooms at this hotel.

The hotel houses the biggest wellness and fitness area (570m²) at Frankfurt airport, complete with a heated swimming pool. You can use the saunas or have a massage for an additional charge.

There are 4 restaurants within the hotel. The Five Continents, the traditional Waldrestaurant Unterschweinstiege with summer terrace, the Faces restaurant and bar and the bistro bar "Con.nex.ion" in the lobby which is open 24-hours a day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
