Located in the city centre: directly opposite the central station, 800 metres from the exhibition center, 15 Minutes from the int. airport.

Travel information

From Airport - S8 (every 15 min.) to Hauptbahnhof/City-Centre Hauptbahnhof - leaving the train, turn left, take the last staircase at the end of Station to the Einkaufzentrum (shopping-area) Einkaufszentrum - turn left and after the ticket office turn right (signposted Karlstraße and Düsseldorfer Straße), up the stairs, turn right into Karlstraße, the Hotel CONCORDE is about 30 metres down the road on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
