Area information Forte dei Marmi is located in nothern Tuscany and since many years a seaside resort appreciated by artists, writers and prominent people from the industrial and financial world for its luxurious secluded villas set amid delightful gardens and parks. Lovely shores, vast pine woods, boulevards blooming with oleander and palm trees, flanked by elegant shops... Beaches of fine golden sand, the blue expanse of the sea, the challenging arrangement of the Apuane Alps with incoparable panoramas. In the interiors medieval villages, the blinding white of the marble quarries, restfull valleys, shadowy woods of chesnuts and fir trees. After the beach and sun it is well worth searching for something on fashion because living a holiday in Forte dei Marmi also means superb shopping in its elegant boutiques and during its famous market on wednesday morning.
