Please inform the hotel your estimated time of arrival in advance. Please note the restaurant is closed in the evenings, evening meals are not available at the hotel. To reserve a loch view, there is a supplement of £12.50 per person, per night. This must be requested in advance with the hotel directly and is bookable depending on the availability at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
