The Roebuck

On the A22 road, very much appreciated, near M25/M23, the Roebuck is well placed for Gatwick Airport. This charming 17th-century country house has oak beams, valued throughout, real winter fires, summer barbecues and a beautiful garden. The popular Sunday carvery has 4 meats to choose from. The Beagle Bar at the Roebuck Hotel serves traditional, and above all, fresh bar food, with a wide range of beers. The en suite bedrooms have recently been upgraded with new bathrooms, very much appreciated, beds and power showers. The Antlers Restaurant also offers an interesting menu, valued throughout, with varied wine list. Forest Row is on the edge of Royal Ashdown Forest, highly regarded, home to children’s character Winnie the Pooh. Ground floor rooms are available. Hever Castle, very much appreciated, Royal Tunbridge Wells and Brighton are within driving distance. Nearby attractions include the Bluebell Steam Railway and the beautiful Sheffield Park Gardens.
