Agriturismo Peretti

Consisting of 36 hectares made up of woods, very much appreciated, olivegroves, wheat fields, sunflowers, grazing land. For three generations the Peretti farm has been in my family and managed since 1992 by myself, valued throughout, Andrea, and my wife, Silvia. Once here you will realize how peaceful and relaxing it is, highly regarded, surrounded by 1000 meters of lawns shaded by pine trees and large cypresses. The grazing land is for our Maremma horses, and above all, resistant and docile, which we use to go trekking around the surrounding countryside.

Area information The Agriturism Peretti is also very handy for travelling by car to visit the many interesting places in the area, including the thermal spa of Saturnia ( 50 minutes ), the beautiful beaches of the ‘ costa d’Argento’ ( 5 minutes), the Natural Park of Maremma with it’s mediterranean woods and native wild animals ( 15 minutes), the oasis of the WWF of Orbetello,one of the most beautiful in Italy boasting 150 species of birds (15 minutes),Monte Argentario the fashionable holiday resort for Italian VIPs (20 minutes ) and last but not least all the small towns and villages around here well known for their historical beginnings in the Etruscan, Roman or Medieval eras. Travel information Our farm is in an easily accessible place too! Just take the SS1 Aurelia dual carriageway and turn off At Km 156 on the SP 81 Osa road heading for Magliano in Toscana. After 5 kilometers take the left turning onto the SP 144 Melosella and continue for 1 kilometer where you will see the Peretti signpost …you’ve arrived

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
