Food & Beverages

We offer a variety of breakfasts to suit all tastes from fruit juice, cereals and toast to a delicious full English cooked breakfast or continental, all accompanied by a pot of freshly made tea or coffee. If you have a very early start, a tray breakfast of orange juice, croissants, jam and marmalade can be arranged. Evening meals - we have a licensed restaurant for residents, where we can supply a wide variety of home cooked evening meals. Pre-booking on the day prior to arrival is required to ensure that your needs can be met. One or 2-course meals, lighter snacks and children's portions can also be arranged. Please advise us if you have any special dietary needs.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 3.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
