Recently refurbished to the highest standard, the Portland Hotel is located on the picturesque Folkestone Leas overlooking the sea and close to the town's amenities. Please note that children and pets are not usually accepted. There is no lift at the hotel.

A credit card is required as a guarantee. Foreshortened stays will usually be subject to the cancellation fee. Children & Pets not usually accepted. Rooms are non smoking but smoking areas are available. Unless prior arrangement is made, latest check-in is Midnight

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
