Food & Beverages

"Il Baiocco " Restaurant, on the first floor of the hotel, offers an accurate cuisine with the best italian and local dishes, hand made pasta, typical local products. Normally, a full meal includes 2 primo piatto, one main course with side dish, dessert. Wines are produced in the private vineyard, situated in Spello. Meeting room available for 100 people.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
