In Fluminimaggiore you can visit some museum: archaeological, paleontological and ethnographic. The village is a centre of Campidano, surrounded by mountains, well-known from trekking lovers (Monte Linas Mining Centre). To make the excursion at 9Km from the village in direction of Iglesias, to the grottos of Su Mannau. These characteristic grottos offer the opportunity to be visited following the standard route for tourists or that alternative one for speleology lovers: for beginners too it is possible to be followed by an équipe and with an equipment right for go down inside the grottos, with rooms and galleries for 6Km. Continue along the same road you arrive in the Valley of Anthas with its Temple dedicate in Roman Age to the divinity Sardus Pater Babi (o Babay). From Fluminimaggiore to Buggerru, moving towards Masua and Nebida, through a diversion on the coast of not many Km on an old mining route, it is visible the complex of Porto Flavia Mine, with most beautiful panoramic foreshortenings of the islands: sheer cliffs overlooking the sea and splendid coastal views. To visit the Galleria Henry (outside the village of Buggerru), with the important Mine of Planu Sartu. From Masua besides you can admire the tall rock called Pan di Zucchero for the shaped and the snow-white colour limestone. Going back up from South to North after the litlle beach of Cala Domestica, one of the “pearls" of this coast, situated in a fiord, still rocks and deep sea as far as the first shelter: the Port of Buggerru. In this part of coast, San Nicola beach is the ideal spot for surf lovers. Going up a little longer along the coast there is the long and beautiful beach of Portixeddu, that end with Capo Pecora. Behind the beach grand dunes of sand with rich vegetation that protects them from the high western winds. Going on towards North you can reach like this the famous beaches of Costa Verde (Green Coast), with the Marina of Arbus preceded from Ingurtosu beaches with its spectacular dunes of Piscinas and the Mines of Montevecchio. In Arbus we advise you to visit the Museum of the Knife with the typical “Arburense" of the craftsman Pusceddu.

From Cagliari-Elmas Airport or Cagliari Harbour: - Take the SS 130 towards Iglesias. - Once you reach it, pass through the centre and the main square, following the signs to the SS126. - This will take you to Fluminimaggiore. - After 11 km you will reach Sant'Angelo, a very little village, where you will find Antas Hotel along the main road (51 km).
